Columbian Coffee beans

Recently, over the past couple of months, I have been really enjoying the beans that are coming out of Columbia. Perhaps it's the dumpster fire that is the global weather this year, I'm not sure, but the beans I have been getting have generally been fantastic. I typically go for a light roast that I hand grind with a Kingrinder P0 (will perhaps make a post on that later).

I'm a fan of Rave coffee, and these little beauties are well worth a try if you, like me, enjoy a fruit forward, funky coffee.

My method is pretty well a V60 pour over with filtered water at 93 degrees (c), and bleached papers with my Kingrinder P0 set at around 45 clicks out. Fantastic, budget setup and a fantastic brew.

As time goes on, and I find more beans I'm loving I'll add them here or make a new post. I won't bother with anything that just doesn't do it for me.

TLDR; If you want a funky, fruity brew - give Columbian beans a go at the moment....
